Dr. Rafael Camberos will be accepting appointments for video consultations for a limited time for individuals that qualify as candidates for surgery.

In order to begin the process of scheduling a video consultation, please submit the online consultation form, attach your pictures and answer the medical questionnaire. Dr. Camberos will review your information and will get back to you with his suggestions, and an estimate in about 5 to 7 business days.

If at that time you wish to move forward with a video consultation, we will schedule an appointment at a time most convenient for both parties. We will then send you a link to pay the $50 fee to confirm the video consultation.
